Hello! My name is Noh Gwan Seong. I was born and raised in Gwangju, a vibrant city in the southwestern region of South Korea.
Gwangju is historically celebrated for its deep cultural heritage, warm hospitality, and above all, being the culinary heart of Korea. Growing up in a region famous for its rich flavors and generous food traditions, I naturally developed a strong passion for exploring and tasting new foods—whether it’s authentic local Korean dishes or diverse international cuisines. Lately, I’ve grown particularly interested in Japan—its unique culture, traditions, and, of course, its incredible food scene.
