The Dovsinska Glacier Cave is a karst cave formed by the dissolution of limestone by water, and its unique structure makes it difficult for warm air to enter the cave and cold air to stay. However, as the temperature has been rising due to global warming recently, I wonder if the ice area of the Dovsinska Glacier Cave is gradually decreasing. I also wonder if the resulting water could make the melting pot more active in the cave, causing changes in the karst landscape of the cave.

I understand that the High Tatras, located in the northern part of Slovakia, were shaped by the influence of glacial erosion, resulting in landforms such as U-shaped valleys and mountain lakes, and by the influence of glacial deposition, leading to the formation of various glacial features like moraines and drumlins. Could you send me some photos of the High Tatras related to this?

Recently, the overall clear and warm weather continues in Korea as spring enters. In most cities, such as Seoul, Cheongju, and Ulsan, spring weather appears nationwide, with daytime highs exceeding 20℃. Yeongjongdo Island, where I live, has a high specific heat due to its proximity to the sea, so I haven't experienced warm spring weather yet, but flowers are in full bloom in other areas.

Spring in Korea is clear and warm, but in addition, the influence of the northwest wind in winter remains, and the humidity is low and precipitation is low, so it is very dry. So, dry warnings were issued throughout the country, and as the dry weather continued, a huge forest fire eventually broke out in Korea in March 2025, starting with Uiseong-gun, North Gyeongsang Province. These forest fires have burned more than 38,000 hectares of forests nationwide and are recorded as the largest forest fires in Korean history. The outbreak of this forest fire has caused various environmental problems, including the destruction of the forest ecosystem, intensification of air pollution, and soil and water pollution.

Slovakia's Home Greening Project is an environmental policy that supports the installation of home renewable energy facilities such as heat pumps, solar panels, and solar collectors, and it is known that about 60,000 facilities have been distributed so far. I am curious about the actual effectiveness of the policy on how much the Home Greening Project has actually contributed to achieving the country's carbon neutrality goal, that is, how much carbon use has been reduced.

I am participating in the "Connectography" project as part of my Geography Class, and the country I was selected to work on is Slovakia, which is located in Central Europe. I lived in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia, for about four years during my elementary and middle school years, and I am very excited to be assigned the country 'Slovakia' for this project.
