Teaching Practice: Introduction to Incheon Sungji Elementary School
Incheon Seongji Elementary School is a public elementary school located in Jakjeon-dong, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon. The emblem of Incheon Seongji Elementary School is to nurture Hongik Ingan—children who, under the community-based education of parents, the school, and the local society, grow into individuals who realize their great dreams and give back love to society by receiving warm love. Gyohwa promotes Seongji children who embody the love and passion symbolized by the red rose. In addition, the Gyomok symbolizes harmony among zelkova regions, as well as national unity and development, and holds historical and cultural significance. And the lesson is: “Children of Seongji who nurture great dreams by practicing what is right in small ways.” As of September 23, 2026, the school has 25 faculty and staff and 291 students. There are 21 after-school programs and 3 care classrooms. It was established on March 1, 2003, and its anniversary is October 2.
인천 성지초등학교는 인천광역시 계양구 작전동에 위치한 공립 초등학교이다.
