Hello, my name is Kim Taehee(Ruby), and I am a third-year student at Gyeongin National University of Education. I was born in Seoul, South Korea, and I currently live in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province. Hwaseong is known for its extensive rice and fruit production, thanks to its vast plains. Additionally, being located on the west coast, it has ports, and fishing is an active industry here. Perhaps because of this, I really enjoy fruits and seafood. I also know that Ghana is famous for producing cocoa, which is the main ingredient in my favorite chocolate. I'm curious, though, what other crops are widely grown in Ghana besides cocoa.
I was born in the spring, one of the four seasons in South Korea—spring, summer, fall, and winter. Spring is a beautiful season when the cold winter ends, the weather warms up, and flowers bloom. Around my birthday, I love walking my dog while watching the cherry blossoms bloom. I especially enjoy walking in the park in front of my house, which is my favorite place. The park is a peaceful space where I can feel the changing seasons and reflect quietly, which is why I love it.
I also enjoy traveling. It's fascinating to experience different landscapes, lifestyles, and meet people from different countries. I love trying local foods, connecting with nature, and participating in traditional activities. So far, the best place I've visited is Vietnam. I loved the relaxed atmosphere of the people under the hot sun and the healthy Vietnamese dishes that come with a variety of vegetables. I also hope to travel to Africa someday to experience its vast nature. I'm particularly interested in learning about the differences in food and daily life between the northern part of Ghana, which is close to the Sahara Desert, and the southern part, which is near the sea.

안녕하세요. 저는 경인교육대학교 3학년 김태희입니다. 저는 대한민국 서울에서 태어나 지금은 경기도 화성에서 살고 있습니다. 화성은 넓은 평야 지대를 활용한 쌀, 과일 생산이 활발합니다. 또한, 서해안에 위치해있어, 항구가 있고 어업도 활발하게 이루어집니다. 그래서인지 저는 과일과 해산물을 정말 좋아합니다. ‘가나’는 제가 좋아하는 초콜릿의 주재료인 카카오 생산이 활발하다고 알고 있는데, 카카오 외에 또 유명한 작물은 무엇이 있는지 궁금합니다.
저는 대한민국의 봄, 여름, 가을, 겨울 4계절 중 봄에 태어났습니다. 봄은 추운 겨울이 지나 따뜻해지고, 꽃이 피는 아름다운 계절입니다. 저는 생일 즈음 만개하는 벚꽃을 보며 강아지와 산책하는 것을 좋아합니다. 특히, 제가 좋아하는 공간인 집 앞 공원에서 산책하는 것을 좋아합니다. 공원은 계절의 변화와 여유를 느끼며 혼자 생각에 잠길 수 있어 제가 좋아하는 공간입니다.
저는 여행하는 것도 좋아합니다. 나라마다, 지역마다 다른 풍경, 생활방식, 사람들의 모습을 보는 것이 흥미롭습니다. 따라서 그 나라의 현지 음식을 먹고, 자연을 느끼고, 전통적인 체험을 하는 것을 좋아합니다. 제가 지금까지 가본 여행지 중 가장 좋았던 곳은 베트남입니다. 뜨거운 태양 아래에 여유로운 사람들의 모습, 여러 가지 야채를 곁들여 먹는 건강한 베트남 음식이 좋았습니다. 대자연이 펼쳐져 있는 아프리카도 언젠가 꼭 여행하고 싶습니다. 가나의 사하라 사막이 가까운 북부와 바다 근처에 위치한 남부는 음식이나 일상생활에 어떤 차이가 있는지 자세히 알고 싶습니다.
