Hello I'm Gayoon Jeon from Korea. I am an interested student in Finland. When I looked into Finnish culture, I found that Finns had a strong tendency to individualism. Also, Finnish education is famous for student-centered education that does not miss a single student, and I wonder if there is a connection between Finnish individualistic tendencies and education. Is there a decisive reason why education is innovative?
ReplyDeleteHello, I am Kim Gyu-bi, and I am attending Incheon Haneul High School. I am glad to be in charge of the exchange with Finland in this Connectography activity. As I have various questions while researching Finland, I ask you the following questions.
ReplyDelete1. Finland has long been influenced by both Sweden and Russia. How has the country managed to preserve its unique cultural identity while coexisting with these historical influences?
2. Finland's education system and welfare model are highly regarded worldwide. What kinds of social changes laid the foundation for the development of these systems?
3. How does Finland’s low population density and vast natural environment influence the everyday life and culture of its people? What are the advantages and disadvantages of this in various aspects?
4. With climate issues becoming increasingly serious, how is Finland, a country known for its forests and lakes, responding to these environmental challenges?
5. In what ways does Finland’s natural environment shape the culture and lifestyle of its people?
