Questions of Alice from Brazil:
What was Sweden like when you lived there? Do you think it has changed a lot? Why did you decide to get a PhD?

Telly's Answer to Alice's questions:
Actually, I lived in Sweden for a year back in 1992, when I was in my early 20s—yes, it was quite a long time ago. I had the chance to visit again about 10 years ago on a business trip. What struck me then was how little had changed. Except for the increase in tourists, Stockholm still felt clean, fresh, cozy, and very calm.
As for Sweden today? I’d guess it still carries that same vibe—especially in Gamla Stan, the old town in the heart of Stockholm, which has always been one of my favorite places. I hope to visit again in a few years and relive those memories.
By the way, the reason I’m pursuig a PhD is to integrate my extensive business experience with academic theories and frameworks. I hope to translate proven practices into structured knowledge, and share these insights with business leaders across industries. I believe this will create meaningful opportunities for knowledge sharing—a way to guide the next generation forward without repeating the same mistakes.
