Hello, my name is Euiyoung Shin, a third-year student majoring in Korean Language. I live in Gwangmyeong, Gyeonggi Province. I was also born in Gwangmyeong.
My favorite spaces is independent bookstores. These bookstores often sell books that are published without a publishing house, and I love the unique atmosphere they offer, which is different from regular bookstores. In particular, some independent bookstores have copybooks or guestbooks where people can freely write. I enjoy reading the diverse memories and thoughts of others in the guestbooks, and I like leaving my own mark there as well. I sometimes visit new independent bookstores or make reservations to visit alone, enjoying reading in a personal space.
Among many countries in Africa, I am particularly interested in Kenya and Tanzania. First, I am interested in Kenya because I enjoy Kenyan coffee, which I have learned about over time. Additionally, Kenya is located by the Indian Ocean, and I find its beautiful coastline quite charming. As for Tanzania, I am interested because of Mount Kilimanjaro, a world-famous climbing destination. I also know that there was the Tanzanian Revolution in history, and I would like to learn more about it.
안녕하세요, 저는 경기도 광명에 살고 있는 국어과 3학년 신의영입니다. 태어난 곳도 광명입니다. 제가 좋아하는 공간은 독립서점입니다. 주로 출판사 없이 출판된 책들이 판매되고 있는데, 일반 서점과는 다른 특유의 감성을 지녀 좋아합니다. 특히 독립서점 중에는 사람들이 자유롭게 작성할 수 있는 방명록이나 필사노트 등이 배치되어 있는 곳들이 있습니다. 방명록에서 사람들의 다양한 추억과 생각을 읽고 제 흔적 또한 남기는 것을 좋아합니다. 그래서 가끔씩 새로운 독립서점에 찾아가보거나 시간제 예약을 하고 방문해 혼자만의 공간에서 독서를 즐기는 편입니다.
저는 아프리카의 많은 나라 중 특히 케냐와 탄자니아에 관심이 있습니다. 먼저, 케냐에 관심 있는 이유는 케냐산 커피를 좋아해 익히 알고 있는 나라이기 때문입니다. 또한 케냐는 인도양과 접해 있어, 아름다운 해안선이 매력적이라고 생각합니다. 그리고, 탄자니아에 관심 있는 이유는 세계적인 등산 명소인 킬리만자로 산에 관심 있기 때문입니다. 역사적으로 탄자니아 혁명이 있었다고 알고 있어, 이에 대해 더 자세히 알아보고 싶기도 합니다.
