1. Home (지역의 환경문제 파악)
Food Waste
Accumulation at 'Mom's Kitchen' At the popular on-campus dining venue 'Mom's Kitchen,' a substantial
amount of preventable food waste is generated daily. Students frequently
overload their plates with side dishes and rice during the initial serving,
resulting in large quantities of pristine, uneaten food being scraped straight
into the food waste bins at the end of their meals.
2.
Objective (환경문제의 원인 파악)
Lack of
Portion Awareness and Incentive Paradox The issue stems from a lack of conscious portioning
and zero accountability. Under the current system, there is no visual or
psychological cue reminding students to "take only what they can
finish." Furthermore, because the cost of waste is completely invisible to
the individual student, there is neither a penalty for excessive waste nor a
reward for finishing one's plate.
3. Plan (환경문제의 해결책)
The
Incentive: Green Stamp
- Incentive: Introduce a "Green
Stamp" loyalty program. Students who return a completely clean plate
receive a digital stamp via the campus app. Accumulating a certain number
of stamps unlocks discount coupons for campus facilities.
4. Execute
(해결책 실천 및 실행 방안)
Official
University Partnership and Campaign Launch We need to do formally petition the Student Welfare
Committee and the management of 'Mom's Kitchen' to co-develop this framework.
Phase 1 will introduce the "Green Stamp" app integration as a
positive reinforcement campaign. Phase 2 will involve student volunteers
placing more "Take What You Need" visual anchors on self-service bars.
