Hi, my name is Jutta Rinnetmäki and I live in Helsinki, Finland. I’m a MSc student in Business Development and focus especially on management. My master’s thesis explores the topic of disengagement transfer in teamwork, focusing on employees’ experiences. Alongside my studies, I work as an e-commerce customer service specialist for the largest retailer (SOK) in Finland.
As for my free time, I enjoy playing tennis, listening to podcasts, reading and solving crosswords.
