Hello Professor. I am a student at Incheon HANEUL Academy. I would like to ask a question about Montenegro. I believe that global warming is causing problems such as rising temperatures in high latitudes and concentrated precipitation in tropical climatic regions. In particular, Montenegro is located on the Mediterranean coast, and I have heard that it is directly affected by the rising Mediterranean water level. As a response to climate change, Montenegro is pursuing a project to develop power generation facilities mainly in the tourist
