KBS has stepped up support for participants of the '2023 Saemangeum World Scout Jamboree' who evacuated early due to the northward movement of Typhoon No. 6, 'Kanun'.

KBS announced that it will provide the training facility 'Injae Development Institute' located in Ingye-dong, Suwon, as accommodation for the Jamboree participants. Starting from 1 p.m. on the 8th, about 80 foreign participants, including those from Bolivia, began to stay there, with plans to accommodate them until the 12th.

During their stay at the Injae Development Institute, KBS plans to provide various experiential programs in addition to meals.

On the first day of entry, on the afternoon of the 8th, a tour of the drama set inside the Suwon Center was conducted. On the 9th, a visit to the outdoor filming location of the historical drama 'Goryeo-Goryeo War,' scheduled to air in November, is planned. In addition, KBS plans to support tours of Hwaseong Palace in cooperation with Suwon City and others.

The provision of accommodation for Jamboree participants was reportedly initiated by KBS, which first proposed the use of training facilities to the government.
