About my country Jordan: Welcome to Jordan 요르단의 국기
Jordan consists of 12 governorates.
The Jordanian flag has three horizontal stripes:
• Black → Abbasid Caliphate
• White → Umayyad Caliphate
• Green → Fatimid Caliphate
• On the left side, there is a red triangle, which represents the Hashemite dynasty and the
sacrifices for freedom.
• Inside the triangle, there is a white seven-pointed star:
• It stands for faith in God.
• Refers to the seven verses of Al-Fatiha in the Quran.
• Symbolizes unity, hope, and justice. The flag of Jordan shows Arab history, Islamic values, and the unity of the Jordanian
people.

Hello Miro, don’t worry you didn’t cause any offense and thank you for your thoughtful question…From a foreigner’s perspective, I think the most unique aspect of the Jordanian university system is the strong sense of community and hospitality. Professors and students often build personal connections beyond the classroom, and there is a cultural emphasis on respect and generosity
