Mayor Lee Jae-joon of Suwon Special City expressed this sentiment to the Scout participants attending a traditional Korean music performance at the Gyeonggi Arts Center Grand Theater on the 10th.
During the performance, the Gyeonggi Sinaui Orchestra presented traditional orchestral melodies such as Sujecheon, Ajangsanjo, Ariarari, Panguk, as well as traditional orchestral tunes such as Sanyuhwa, Chucheonsa, Pyeonsudaeyeop, Under the Starlight, Under the Waterfall, and Sinbattnori to the Scout participants.
Over 1,300 Scout participants staying in Suwon attended the performance.
Meanwhile, the mayor also presented souvenir models inspired by the Hwaseong Jangandmun, a UNESCO World Heritage site, to the Scout delegations from various countries staying in Suwon.
