Hello,
These days, Korea is truly beautiful. The
cherry blossoms have just started to bloom, so the streets are turning pink
everywhere. The weather has become much warmer, making it the perfect season
for a walk or outdoor activities.
However, I’ve noticed that the weather has
been getting stranger compared to the past. Spring seems shorter, and we often
experience sudden heatwaves or unexpected heavy rain. I believe these are signs
of climate change. Seeing how unusual weather and environmental issues are
becoming more serious around the world is quite concerning.
I’ve heard that Guyana is a country rich in
nature, especially with its tropical rainforests and biodiversity, which are
really impressive. I’m curious to know what kinds of environmental policies are
in place to protect such valuable natural resources.
For example, I came across the “Low Carbon Development Strategy,” and I found
it quite interesting. Do you happen to know about that policy? I’d also love to
hear how people in Guyana generally feel about it.
