Seventy-five
members from North Macedonia and Croatia, who withdrew from the Saemangeum
World Scout Jamboree, visited the SK hynix (000660) campus in Icheon, Gyeonggi
Province, on the 10th.
On that day, the
members arrived at the SK hynix Icheon Campus after boarding a bus provided by
SK at the SK Broadband Human Resources Development Institute in Anseong,
Gyeonggi Province. Following their arrival, they visited window booths set up
to allow them to observe state-of-the-art facilities for manufacturing memory
semiconductors and received explanations about the semiconductor processes.
Immediately after
the fab tour, the members participated in a pottery tour arranged by SK hynix.
They visited Namyang Ceramic, located in Icheon, where they received a pottery
wheel demonstration from Master Lee Hyang-gu and explored the pottery exhibition
hall. They also had the opportunity to experience making pottery themselves.
