3. 학교 자랑
읍이기 때문에 농어촌 지역으로 분류되어 농어촌 수당이 있으며, 김포 신도시 지역에 포함되는 학군지이지만 주거 환경이 안정된 편이라 학부모 민원이 적고 근무 환경이 괜찮은 학교라고 한다. 또한 학생들이 똘똘하고 예의 있으며 개인적으로 정이 많고 따뜻한 아이들이라고 느꼈다. 내가 맡았던 4학년 3반 담임 선생님 말씀에 따르면 이쪽 지역은 대부분의 학부모들이 잘 협조해주시기 때문에 학급 운영에 큰 어려움이 없다고 한다.

Each grade has its own classroom, where teachers from the same grade can
gather for meetings and events.
Separate science, music, and language labs are available. Third- and
fourth-graders move between classrooms for music and English, while fifth- and

The library is located on the second floor and operates on an automated return
system. Student participation events such as the Book King Award, author

3. School Pride
Because it's a town, it's classified as a rural area and receives a rural allowance. Although it's located in the Gimpo New Town district, the school district offers a stable residential environment, resulting in few parent complaints and a pleasant working environment. I also felt the students were intelligent, polite, and warm-hearted. According to my 4th grade homeroom teacher, most parents in this area are very cooperative, so class management isn't a major challenge.
