Our club delves into global social issues and phenomena, engaging in dialogue and seeking possible solutions. Specifically, we select topics such as poverty, human rights, the environment, war, gender, refugees, and climate change to research and deeply investigate. We also hold discussions with team members to foster critical thinking and teamwork.
Korea is a country where tradition and modernity coexist. With rapid economic growth, K-pop, dramas, Korea has captured global attention. Korean youth are passionate about education and show great interest in global issues such as climate change and human rights.
We hope to share and exchange cultures and social issues through this program. For example, we could send each other popular snacks or food items from our countries to experience each other’s cultures more directly. We could also share and discuss key social issues relevant to each of our nations.
We are actively engaged in social issues and are not afraid to raise our voices. Through this exchange, we look forward to understanding each other’s cultures and learning together.
