Hi everyone !
My name is Synthia Bossè Dotou LOKONON. I'm a final-year student in Socio-Educational Activities Sciences and Techniques (STASE), with a specialization in Recreation, at the National Institute of Youth, Physical Education, and Sports (INJEPS) in Porto-Novo, Benin.
I'm a young scout from the INJEPS district and a volunteer at Solidarity and Initiative for Sustainable Development (SID-NGO).
I came to Porto-Novo to pursue my university studies.
I used to live in Ifangni (one of Benin's communes).
I'm from the Ouémé Valley, more specifically from Affamê (Abêokouta).

Benin is a French-speaking country in West Africa. It is the birthplace of the Voodoo religion but also the territory of the ancient Kingdom of Dahomey (approximately 1600-1900).
It has managed to preserve its ancestral traditions while opening up to the modern world. Its culture, marked by Voodoo, is expressed through unique rites, dances, sculptures, and music. In this region, we can find several tourist sites in Benin.

Capturing a moment with my scout troop at the mysterious Python Temple of Ouidah.

during our annual August fishing trip.

As you can see, Benin is a true treasure trove of tourist attractions. Let me show you around. You can see it. I love taking photos so much. I express myself through it.

Me in traditional clothing.

Scouting, volunteering, networking, and traveling are the areas that I'm most passionate about. And you?
