Ngurah Swajaya (Ngurah) is a great Indonesian diplomat with abundant experiences.
He served in many important posts and involved in deliberations
on many world’s crucial issues, such as climate change, counter terrorism, to a
regional cooperation strengthening ASEAN
integration on many of its aspects.
He graduated from local university in Bali and got a Master degree at Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. He often wrote the column as an international relations specialist on the Jakarta Post and legacy media.
Some books have been published, ranging from negotiations on World Summit on Sustainable Development, commemorating 50th Anniversary of Indonesia-Singapore relations (RISING 50) to a picture book on 10 New Bali, depicting many astonishing and colorful pictures of magnificent faces, colours, unique cultures and social fabrics of just some of Indonesia’s 17.000 islands worth visiting, exploring and experiencing.
He has been travelling to many countries in all continents, but still considers his birth pace, Bali, as the most comforting, peaceful and rich of energetic and cultural island.
He has many good Korean friends in Indonesia such as Mr. CK Song, the King of shoes ... We expect him to extend his world to Korea through GGS.
We hope he will help GGS as a Senior Advisor and teach and guide us when we go to the ASEAN countries, Indonesia as well as Bali.
