Kazakhstan is the world's largest landlocked country and the ninth-largest country overall, covering approximately 2.7 million square kilometers. It is situated in Central Asia, bordered by Russia to the north, China to the east, and Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan to the south. To the west, it touches the Caspian Sea, the world's largest inland body of water.
In Kazakhstan, International Women’s Day on March 8 is celebrated as a public holiday and is one of the most important events of the year. It is a day to honor and appreciate women, including mothers, wives, daughters, and female colleagues.
Diplomat Kantarbayev Maxat from Kazakhastan will help GGS as our advisor and promote cultural and educatinal exchange between Korea and Kazakhstan.
We hope Kazakhastan can be highlighted at the GG Summer School in 2025.
