Hello! My name is Hyoeun, and I'm a student at Sejong Global High School in South Korea. I'm thrilled to participate in such an interesting program!
My hometown is Daegu, a metropolitan city in the southeastern province of South Korea. Daegu is widely known for its textile and fashion industry, various cultural festivals, and spicy food. It is the fourth-largest metropolitan city in South Korea,
so it has excellent infrastructure.
I'm passionate about English education and literature, so my all-time favorite subject is English. One of our native English teachers is from South Africa, and it's always fascinating to listen to her distinct accent and learn about her unique culture.
Therefore, I'm eager to conduct more research about South African English.
